From Embroidery to Coffee Making, People with Disabilities Learn Various Skills
From embroidered threads to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and banana cake, skills are becoming a path for people with disabilities to build confidence and independence. A learning atmosphere was visible at the Bangga Berdaya Disability Creative House in Bekasi City, West Java, on Wednesday (19/8/2026). The creative house, established in 2015, is providing training to 36 participants with disabilities. Various skills are being taught as a provision so that participants have abilities that can be developed into productive activities while opening up opportunities to become economically empowered.
