From Broken Roads to Permanent Housing: PRR Task Force Oversees Recovery Funds in North Aceh

The PRR Task Force, led by the Head of the Transportation and Transformation Command Post, First Admiral Nouldy Tangka, is conducting monitoring and evaluation of the use of financial aid for post-disaster recovery in North Aceh. Although North Aceh did not receive an allocation of Additional Special Allocation Funds for the 2026 fiscal year, the district obtained financial assistance from several unaffected regions that did receive the additional funds. These include Rp 30 billion from Simalungun Regency, Rp 2 billion from Padang City, and Rp 2 billion from Pariaman City. The funds are intended to support the acceleration of rehabilitation and reconstruction following the disaster in North Aceh.
