From Bahlil to Sugiono: List of Officials Inaugurated by the President
A number of official personnel have been inaugurated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subundanto. The rotated positions encompass several ministerial posts up to the Chief of the National Police.
As reported by detikNews, the inauguration took place at the State Palace, Central Jakarta, on Thursday (1/10/2026). This marks the seventh cabinet reshuffle during the Prabowo administration.
The reshuffle is based on four Presidential Decrees, namely Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 104P of 2026 regarding the dismissal and appointment of Ministers and Deputy Ministers of the Red and White Cabinet for the 2024-2029 period.
Furthermore, Decree Number 105P of 2026 concerns the dismissal and appointment of the Chief of Staff to the President and the Head of the National Agrarian Reform Agency. Additionally, Decrees Number 84P and 96P of 2026 pertain to the appointment of the Chairperson and Members of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia.
Lastly, Decree Number 46M of 2026 concerns the appointment of the Deputy Head of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency and the Deputy Head of the North Java Coast Management Authority.
Meanwhile, the inauguration of Inspector General Suyudi Ario Seto as the Chief of the National Police, replacing General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, was based on Presidential Decrees Number 96 and 97 of the National Police of 2026 regarding the dismissal and appointment of the Chief and Deputy Chief of the National Police.
Among the officials inaugurated were Bahlil Lahadalia, who has been appointed as the Coordinating Minister for Downstreaming and Energy Transition, and Sugiono as the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture. The position of Minister of Foreign Affairs is now held by Arrmanatha Nasir.
As for Listyo Sigit Prabowo, who was replaced by Suyudi Ario Seto as Chief of National Police, he now serves as the Chief of Staff to the President.
