Jakarta – PT TASPEN (Persero) will channel the payment of the thirteenth salary and the year’s allowances for Indonesian civil servant retirees starting Tuesday, 2 June 2026, through 46 payment partners distributed across Indonesia. This forms part of the company’s commitment to supporting the welfare and livelihood of the ASN in retirement. Corporate Secretary Henra stressed that the payment process will be carried out directly without requiring application procedures or re-authentication by beneficiaries. “This payment reflects the nation’s appreciation for the contributions of retirees, and is a tangible manifestation of the state’s presence in guaranteeing the welfare of active and retired ASN,” Henra said in a press release on Friday, 22 May 2026.

Key points in the 2026 Thirteenth Salary implementation include:

  1. The amount of the Thirteenth Salary is based on the income components paid in May 2026, equal to one month’s allowance in accordance with applicable regulations;

  2. The Thirteenth Salary is not subject to deductions for contributions and/or other deductions including pension loan deductions and income tax, which are borne by the government;

  3. If a government employee or pension recipient has more than one beneficiary status, the Thirteenth Salary is paid only once, i.e., based on the benefit with the largest nominal amount;

  4. For recipients who also receive a pension or widow/widower allowance, the Thirteenth Salary will be paid for both, either as the recipient themselves or as the recipient of the pension or widow/widower allowance;

  5. For ASN employees and State Officials whose retirement is effective from 1 June 2026 and onwards, the 2026 Thirteenth Salary payment will be made by the last employing agency.

To support the smooth disbursement process, TASPEN reminds all beneficiaries to be vigilant against various fraud schemes impersonating TASPEN. TASPEN emphasises that all services are provided free of charge. Participants are advised to obtain information only through TASPEN’s official channels, the nearest TASPEN Branch Office, or Call Centre 1500919. Participants are also encouraged to authenticate at the start of the month to ensure the thirteenth salary reception runs smoothly. Through this step, TASPEN continues to strengthen its commitment to delivering safe, adaptive, and trustworthy services, while reaffirming its position as a Center of Excellence in the management of social security.
