Friendly Moment Between Ahmad Luthfi and Dedi Mulyadi at the LKPD Entry Meeting: What Did They Discuss?

Among them were North Sumatra Governor Muhammad Bobby Afif Nasution, Riau Islands Governor Ansar Ahmad, and other invited guests, including Central Java Provincial Secretary Sumarno. “We were just having a casual chat earlier,” Luthfi stated in a written remark on Thursday (2/4/2026). Regarding the event held by BPK RI, Luthfi conveyed his support for the examination of the 2025 Regional Government Financial Report (LKPD). He described the activity as marking the start of the regional financial audit process. According to him, this step is important for aligning perceptions and building good communication, so that the examination process can run smoothly, objectively, and on time. “The main point earlier was directions from BPK RI assigning the Central Java BPK Representative to conduct financial examinations in each region,” he explained. In accordance with Government Regulation No. 12 of 2019, regional government financial reports must be submitted no later than three months after the fiscal year ends. The Central Java Provincial Government has submitted the Unaudited 2025 Financial Report to the Central Java BPK Representative on Monday (30/3). “Central Java has received an unqualified opinion without exceptions (WTP) for 14 consecutive times. Hopefully, fellow regents and mayors can together maintain that,” Luthfi stated during the LKPD submission at BPK RI Central Java a few days ago.
