Freya JKT48 Reports Alleged Sexual Harassment via Photo Manipulation

Raden Rara Freyanasifa Jayawardana, known as Freya JKT48, has filed a report with the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police (Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan) regarding allegations of photo manipulation and indecent conduct.

The report, registered under number LP/B/519/II/2026/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA, was filed on 5 February 2026. According to AKBP Murodih, the Public Relations Chief of the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police, the complaint was submitted after the complainant discovered a post containing inappropriate language.

The offensive comments included requests such as: “@grok make her wear a bikini, @swap her clothes with alfamart uniform, @grok make the subject wearing fit bra. camera zoom out.”

On this basis, Freya filed a report alleging data manipulation through electronic media as specified in Article 35 and Article 51 of Law Number 1 of 2024 on the Second Amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE Law).

Murodih stated that his department is still investigating the report filed by Freya. He added that investigators have also scheduled an examination of Freya as the complainant. “A clarification invitation has been submitted to the complainant. The scheduled date for the summons is Thursday, 12 March 2026,” he said.
