Fresh Graduates, Take Note! BCA's Career Programme Remains Open Until End of 2026

Indonesia’s largest private bank, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), is still recruiting through its Management Development Programme (MDP), a career pathway designed for fresh graduates wishing to develop managerial skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of the banking business. The MDP offers cross-functional business learning, intensive training, professional mentoring, and hands-on experience in banking operations and business strategy. The programme aims to prepare young talent for various strategic positions within the company. Applicants are expected to possess strong academic records, communication skills, analytical thinking, interpersonal abilities, and leadership potential. Based on recruitment information published by BCA, the vacancy remains open until 31 December 2026. Requirements include being an Indonesian citizen, a maximum age of 24 for bachelor’s degree holders and 26 for master’s degree holders, a minimum education of an S1 degree from any major with a GPA of at least 3.00, a penchant for challenges, high learning desire, good communication skills, strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, English proficiency both oral and written, and a willingness to be placed across all regions of Indonesia. Additional foreign language skills are considered an advantage.
