Free Nutritious Meal Programme Operational Vehicle Stolen in Early Hours in Bogor, Police Investigate
An operational vehicle belonging to a Food Supply Centre (SPPG) used for delivering Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) was stolen in Kampung Utan Malang Nanggela, Tajurhalang, Bogor Regency. Police are now investigating the case.
Video circulating on social media shows the white MBG vehicle travelling along a road. According to reports, the theft occurred in the early hours of Sunday (22 February 2026) in Kampung Utan Malang Nanggela.
Tajurhalang Police Sector Chief Inspector Raden Suwito confirmed the incident, stating that the SPPG had already filed a report.
“The SPPG has filed a report and we are handling the case,” Inspector Raden said when contacted by reporters on Monday (23 February).
Police are currently reviewing CCTV footage to establish the chronology of events, though cameras in the area are reportedly scarce.
“It happened in the early hours of Sunday, 22 February, and determining exactly what occurred is difficult because there is very little CCTV coverage near the crime scene,” he said.
Raden added that his team had also conducted an inspection of the crime scene. The case remains under investigation.
“That is correct — we have inspected the scene, received a report from the victim’s party, and are following up on the incident,” he concluded.
