Free Motorcycle Transport Via Train Registration Opens for Eid 2026
JAKARTA – The Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) has officially opened registration for free motorcycle transport via train (Motis) for Eid 2026, running from 1–29 March 2026.
Participants interested in joining this programme can register online through nusantara.kemenhub.go.id or in person by visiting designated registration posts at the following stations:

PROGRAMME REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS
Participants must register either online or at a designated registration post. They cannot be registered for or participating in any other free homecoming programmes offered by any other organisation.
Registered participants are obligated to join the programme. Those who withdraw or cancel their participation will be ineligible to participate in subsequent periods.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Participants must:
Possess a valid national identity card (KTP), family card (Kartu Keluarga), and Class C driving licence (SIM C)
Have a motorcycle with an engine capacity not exceeding 200 cc
Each motorcycle is provided with two free passenger tickets and one infant ticket (for children under 3 years old), subject to the following conditions:
Train tickets must correspond to the names of registered Motis participants
The second passenger must be listed on the participant’s family card
Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or transferred to another passenger
Those who register online must complete verification at a registration post at the time selected during registration to avoid automatic deletion from the system.
Participants who only register a motorcycle must provide proof of returning home using alternative transport modes.
MOTORCYCLE SUBMISSION PROCEDURES
Motorcycles must be submitted two days before departure at designated supporting stations or one day before departure at other stations. When submitting their motorcycle, participants must present an original national identity card and registration proof.
Motorcycles entering and leaving stations will incur parking fees charged by official station parking operators. Helmets and side mirrors must not be left behind. Fuel tanks must be emptied when the motorcycle is submitted. The train ticket booking code will be provided upon motorcycle submission.
GENERAL RULES
Participants are prohibited from giving tips to Motis 2026 staff and must comply with all applicable regulations.
