Free Lebaran Mudik 2026 Sea Transport Program by DKI Jakarta Provincial Government

The Government of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta (Pemprov DKI Jakarta) through the Jakarta Department of Transportation (Dishub DKI Jakarta) and the Thousand Islands Regency will hold a free mudik programme during the Lebaran 2026 holiday period via sea transport. Registration opens on 9-12 March 2026.

This programme provides ten destination islands in the Thousand Islands Regency for mudik. For those wishing to participate in the Pemprov DKI’s free mudik sea transport programme, you can view the registration information and full requirements below.

Registration for the free mudik programme opens from 9 to 12 March 2026. Prospective participants can register online via Google Form. The link/access will be announced further through the official Dishub Jakarta account.

• Pramuka Island

• Panggang Island

• Lancang Island

• Pari Island

• Kelapa Island

Terms and Conditions for Participants

Here are the terms and conditions applicable and required in the registration process:

• Students/University students/Residents of the Thousand Islands verified by personal identity documents (KTP/SIM/Student Card/KK) or

• Students/University students/Residents of the Thousand Islands who have relocated domicile verified by (KTP/SIM/Student Card/KK) and a Confirmation Letter from the Village Office in the Thousand Islands

• Registration for the free mudik programme must be done via Google Form by all prospective participants (entering personal/family data)

• Children aged over 3 years must be registered (as shown by a Child Identity Card)

• Passenger luggage must be no larger than a 20 inch suitcase

• Participant verification is conducted online via WhatsApp

• Participants must confirm when the verification message arrives.
