Free Eid al-Adha Prayer at Bogor Botanical Garden in 2026: Location and Access Points

Residents of Bogor and visitors can perform Eid al-Adha prayers at Bogor Botanical Garden in West Java without paying an entrance fee. The prayer area will be in Taman Reinwardt near the ecodome on Wednesday, 27 May 2026. Visitors are advised to park outside the botanical garden grounds. Prayers will take place between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM WIB.

Zaenal Arifin, General Manager of Corporate Communication at PT Mitra Natura Raya (PT MNR), stated that the Eid al-Adha prayer event is an annual tradition. He urged attendees to arrive early and prohibited bringing sharp weapons, firearms, drones, and telephoto lenses. He expressed hope that attendees would find the prayer more focused and comfortable amid the botanical surroundings. Following the prayers, the garden will conduct animal sacrifices on the same day, with two cows provided.
