FREE AT LAST: Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo

Julkipli, who met Arroyo on Friday at the presidential palace in
Manila, was abducted by Abu Sayyaf bandits along with two other
Indonesians last June, but he managed to slip away from his
captors on Thursday.
