Fredy Pratama's Lieutenant Frans Antony Received SGD 1.2 Million in Drug Proceeds from Kosnadi

The National Police’s Criminal Investigation Directorate (Dittipid Narkoba Bareskrim Polri) has disclosed that Frans Antony received cash payments from narcotics sales proceeds from several members of the Fredy Pratama network. One of these payments originated from Kosnadi Irwan, also known as Uncle, a subordinate of Fredy who was previously apprehended by authorities.

Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, Director of Narcotics Crime at Bareskrim Polri, confirmed the findings. “Frans Antony has been proven to have received cash payments from the sale of narcotics from Kosnadi Irwan alias Uncle,” he told reporters on Friday (19/6/2026).

Eko stated that Frans received money from Kosnadi on two occasions, in November 2019 and August 2020, totalling SGD 1.2 million. “The total value is USD 1,200,000. The first handover, worth USD 400,000, occurred on 4 November 2019, while the second, worth USD 800,000, took place on 31 August 2020,” he explained.

According to Eko, this evidence reinforces Frans Antony’s vital role as the treasurer for Fredy Pratama, responsible for collecting funds from various sub-networks. “This receipt strengthens his position as the main treasurer, who collected the financial flows from various networks under Fredy Pratama,” he added.

Eko further explained that Frans Antony utilised three bank accounts registered under the name of his younger sibling, Steven Antony, to hold the drug proceeds. Steven Antony was also part of Fredy Pratama’s network and has already been convicted. “It is strongly suspected that control of these accounts was used as a temporary holding place before the funds were transferred abroad,” he stated.

Frans Antony and Fredy Pratama were friends from their high school days in South Kalimantan (Kalsel). Frans has been on the wanted list (DPO) for the Fredy Pratama dark narcotics network since 2023. He is now at the Bareskrim Polri building in Jakarta after being arrested and flown in from Malaysia. Frans is currently undergoing further examination, while Fredy remains a fugitive.
