Fraud found at Chinese bank

BEIJING: China's banking regulator said it discovered fraud
amounting to 115 million yuan (US$13.9 million) at two
subbranches of the Agricultural Bank of China.

Forged documents related to the case, dated between July 2003
and June 2004, were discovered during an investigation last year,
the China Banking Regulatory Commission said in a statement on
the regulator's website on Thursday. -- Bloomberg
