Four victims of rockslide recovered
Four people buried and killed by rockslide at a limestone quarry in Grobogan, Central Java, were finally recovered after six hours of effort on Sunday. The four were aboard a truck normally used to transport limestone from the quarry when a wall of rock suddenly collapsed. The victims were identified as Agus, driver of the truck, his offsider Mat Thoha, truck owner Indraswati and a trader Yudi. Local people tried to recover the victims but to no avail. They then called for assistance from a local public works office, which then heavy equipment to the scene. The police are still investigating the cause of the accident. -- Antara
