today, Tuesday (26 May), the KPK has scheduled the examination of witnesses in a suspected corruption case related to land dispute execution at Depok District Court (PN), KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo told journalists. β€˜All witnesses examined today are judges,’ he added. The examinations are taking place at KPK headquarters in Kuningan, South Jakarta. The identities of the summoned judges are: 1. Dwi Elyarahma, 2. Ultry Meiliyeni, 3. Erlinawati, 4. Evri Dayanti. The case began with a KPK sting operation in Depok on 5 February 2026. KPK subsequently named former Depok District Court Chief Judge I Wayan Eka Mariarta, former Deputy Chief Judge Bambang Setyawan, and court bailiff Yohansyah as suspects in a land dispute corruption case. The list of suspects includes: 1. I Wayan Eka Mariarta (EKA), as Depok District Court Chief Judge; 2. Bambang Setyawan (BBG), as Deputy Chief Judge; 3. Yohansyah Maruanaya (YOH), as court bailiff; 4. Trisnadi Yulrisman (TRI), as President Director of PT KD; 5. Berliana Tri Ikusuma (BER), as Head Corporate Legal at PT KD. Eka and Bambang allegedly demanded a Rp 1 billion bribe for handling the case. Additionally, Bambang is suspected of receiving gratification totalling Rp 2.5 billion from PT DMV during 2025-2026.
