Four die in traffic accident

BANDUNG, West Java: Four people died and eight others were
hospitalized for major injuries when the Satria Darma passenger
bus collided with a log-carrying truck yesterday.

Sixteen people were aboard the bus, which was speeding on the
Padalarang-Cileunyi toll road from Jakarta. When driver Cholid
lost control, the bus rammed into the back of the truck heading
the same direction.

The bus passengers who died were Nandang Wahyudin and Ade,
both residents of Garut, and Nandang Ramdani from Cikoneng. The
other victim has yet to be identified, Antara reported. (swe)
