JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – A total of 109 personnel from TNI, Polri, and Satpol PP conducted a large-scale patrol under Operation Cipta Kondisi in South Jakarta early Friday morning (29 May 2026). The operation was led directly by South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Putu Yuni Setiawan, with the patrol starting at the traffic light of Al-Azhar Grand Mosque in Kebayoran Baru. Assistant Commissioner Joko Adi Wibowo, South Jakarta Metro Police Public Relations Head, stated that four individuals were apprehended during the patrol. “Officers apprehended two motorcycle riders found carrying two sharp weapons in the form of knives,” Joko said in a written statement on Friday. “Two minors were found in possession of red wine alcohol, while another individual was apprehended carrying illegal drugs including riklona, alprazolam, and trihexn,” he added. During the operation, officers also conducted checks on drivers still active at night. Checks included vehicle documentation and motor vehicle accessories. “Additionally, officers seized two motorcycles lacking proper vehicle documentation and other required equipment,” he said. This time, 14 TNI members and five Satpol PP personnel joined 90 police officers to secure South Jakarta against 3C crimes (theft, robbery, and motorcycle theft), riots, mugging, and drug trafficking.
