Fossilized animals

I found some fossils of marine animals but I knew nothing
about them. I still have the fossils -- one a shell (bivalvia)
and the other a tortoise of about the size of my palm.

I found the fossils near the Ogan river in Baturaja, South
Sumatra. I am anxious to know about the nature of the fossils --
their age and other archeological data. In 1993, I put the
fossils on display at a development exhibition held in Baturaja
hoping that any of the visitors would be interested in making
further research on the findings.

I no longer searched for more fossils because I was
transferred to Bangka Island.
