FORU Shares Suspended After 99% Surge; KING and IFSH Unlocked
Jakarta — The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has announced a temporary suspension, or ‘lock’, on shares of PT Fortune Indonesia Tbk (FORU). Simultaneously, the bourse has decided to lift the suspension on two other stocks.
FORU, a marketing services issuer, last closed at a price of 3,070 per share. Stockbit noted that the stock had soared 98.71% in the past week.
‘Interested parties are expected to always pay attention to the information disclosure submitted by the Company,’ the IDX stated in its announcement on Wednesday (11/6/2025).
The share suspension aims to serve as a cooling down measure as a form of investor protection. This temporary lock will be implemented starting 19 June 2026 for trading in the regular market and cash market, and will remain in effect until further Exchange Announcement.
On the other hand, the IDX has decided to open the suspension of PT Hoffmen Cleanindo Tbk (KING), which was imposed on 22 May 2026. Additionally, the bourse has unlocked the shares of PT Ifishdeco Tbk (IFSH), which were suspended on 10 June 2026. The lifting of suspensions for both shares is based on an assessment by the IDX.
