Formula Brabham starts tomorrow

JAKARTA (JP): Paul Stokell, title holder of the Australian Drivers Championship in the goldstar division, will be among the 23 foreign drivers to race in the Formula Brabham, slated to start tomorrow afternoon at the Sentul circuit, Bogor, West Java.

Indonesian Formula Asia participants, Roy Haryanto, Chandra Alim and probably Stanley Irawan will take part in the event, the opener of the three-leg championship series. The second leg will be held on Oct. 14 and 15 in Wellington, New Zealand and the final leg on Nov. 10 and 11 in Adelaide, Australia.

In addition to the Australian open wheel formula championship, six other races will also start tomorrow at the same circuit. They are Southeast Asian Touring Car, Production Car, Group N Supercar, BMW Executive, Underbone 110 and Motorsport 150. (arf)
