Former Tax Director General Appointed President Commissioner, KSEI AGM Sets 2026-2030 Board

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) has agreed on the appointment of the board of commissioners for the 2026-2030 period. Former Director General of Taxes, A Fuad Rahmany, was unanimously appointed as President Commissioner.

According to an official company statement released on Friday, 19 June 2026, shareholders also approved the appointment of Indra Christanto and Margeret M Tang as Commissioners.

A Fuad Rahmany previously served as Chairman of the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK) at the Ministry of Finance from 2006 to 2011, Commissioner of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation from 2009 to 2014, and Director General of Taxation at the Ministry of Finance from 2011 to 2014. He has also held commissioner roles at several other companies since 2014.

Indra Christanto currently serves as President Director of PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk, having previously been a Director at the same firm from 2012 to 2018. His other experience includes serving as Equity Director at PT Andalan Artha Advisindo from 2003 to 2011, a member of KSEI’s Budget Committee from 2020 to 2021, a member of the Securities Broker-Dealer Department at APEI from 2020 to 2023, a member of the Trading Committee at PT Bursa Efek Indonesia from 2020 to 2022, and a member of the Disciplinary Commission at PT Bursa Efek Indonesia from 2022 to 2024.

Margeret M Tang previously led KSEI as Acting President Director during the 2014-2015 period, after serving as a Director from 2010 to 2014. She then served as President Director from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Margeret has experience as a Commissioner at PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia from 2016 to 2023, Independent Commissioner at PT Bintraco Dharma Tbk from 2016 to 2020, and Independent Commissioner at PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi from 2015 to 2019.

Consequently, the KSEI board of commissioners for the 2026-2030 period consists of President Commissioner A Fuad Rahmany, Commissioner Indra Christanto, and Commissioner Margeret M Tang.

The KSEI RUPST was attended by shareholders representing 5,820,000 voting shares, or 97.98 per cent of the total 6,000,000 voting shares.
