Former Legislative Candidate in Cirebon Recorded and Forced Elderly Man into Deviant Sexual Acts

A former legislative candidate in Cirebon, identified as H (43), is suspected of recording and forcing an elderly man, S (63), to engage in deviant sexual acts with another person. H also filmed the explicit scenes.

The case began in 2024 when H claimed that nude photos of the victim had been shared on social media. However, the images were AI-generated edits used to threaten S; H warned that the photos would be distributed if S did not comply with his demands, according to AKP Fadlillah, Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit at Cirebon City Police.

Panicked, S followed H’s instructions to a hotel in Cirebon City, where he was directed to perform deviant sexual acts with a masseur. “H directed S to a hotel in Cirebon City where a masseur had been arranged. S was instructed to engage in deviant sexual acts with the masseur, while H recorded the entire activity using a recording device,” Fadlillah said.

Two months later, S was again forced to create explicit videos under similar threats, this time at a different hotel. “The victim has been recorded twice,” Fadlillah added.

Police also revealed that H attempted to engage in sexual acts with S directly, but S refused. “While the actual intimate contact did not occur, S did perform the acts with someone chosen by H,” he explained.

H allegedly sought another victim, identified as RS, who did not respond. Subsequently, H sent screenshots of explicit images and videos of S to RS, instructing RS to convey the message to S to comply again, promising to delete the material. RS, knowing the victim, reported the matter to the local RT head, which eventually reached S, leading him to report the case to Cirebon City Police. H was arrested and detained on Friday (29 May).
