Former KPK Deputy Chairman Becomes Commissioner at Jasa Marga (JSMR)
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) has reshuffled its board of directors, appointing Nurul Ghufron, the former Vice-Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), as a commissioner of the company. In addition, Jasa Marga also appointed Andry Tanudjaja as Deputy President Director.
The governance changes were disclosed by the company in its information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) published on Thursday, 21 May 2026.
According to the document, Nurul Ghufron was officially appointed as a Commissioner of Jasa Marga on 20 May 2026. Meanwhile, Andry Tanudjaja was appointed as the company’s Deputy President Director on the same date.
Prior to joining Jasa Marga, Nurul Ghufron was known as Vice-Chairman of KPK for the 2019-2024 period.
Andry Tanudjaja previously served as Director for Institutional Relations at PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia.
Apart from the two names, the composition of the board of directors and commissioners of Jasa Marga did not undergo changes. Rivan Achmad Purwantoro remains Chief Executive Officer, while the position of President Commissioner is still held by Juri Ardiantoro.
The information disclosure is a correction to the board changes previously reported by the company.
