Jakarta (ANTARA) - Dicky Yuana Rady, the Director of PT Forest Exploitation and Industry (Inhutani) V for the 2021-2025 period, will face the verdict reading session related to the alleged bribery case in the forest area management cooperation. The hearing will be chaired by Judge Teddy Windiartono at the Corruption Court of the Central Jakarta District Court on Thursday. “Inhutani V case, agenda for verdict,” said Spokesperson for the Central Jakarta District Court, Andi Saputra, to reporters. Previously, Dicky was demanded a prison sentence of 4 years and 10 months, a fine of Rp 200 million subsidiary 90 days, and additional punishment in the form of repayment of substitute money amounting to SGD 10,000 subsidiary imprisonment for 1 year. In the alleged bribery case in the forest area management cooperation within Inhutani V for 2024-2025, Dicky is accused of receiving a bribe worth SGD 199,000 or equivalent to Rp 2.55 billion (exchange rate Rp 12,800 per SGD), from two private entrepreneurs, namely Djunaidi Nur and Aditya Simaputra. The money was received so that Dicky could condition or arrange for PT PML to continue cooperating with PT Inhutani V in utilising the forest area in registers 42, 44, and 46 in Lampung province. In detail, the money was received by Dicky twice, namely in 2024 amounting to SGD 10,000 from Djunaidi as Director of PT PML and in 2025 amounting to SGD 189,000 from Djunaidi and Aditya as Licensing Staff at PT PML. For his actions, Dicky faces punishment as stipulated in Article 12 letter a or Article 11 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law No. 31 of 1999 on the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended and supplemented by Law No. 20 of 2001 jo. Article 65 of the Criminal Code.
