Former Inhutani V Chief Executive Faces 4 Years 10 Months Imprisonment in Bribery Case
The former Chief Executive of State Forest Company V (Inhutani V), Dicky Yuana Rady, faces prosecution for accepting SGD 199,000 in bribes equivalent to approximately Rp 2.5 billion. According to prosecutors, the funds were received to arrange conditions enabling two companies to maintain business cooperation with PT Inhutani V.
“We seek to impose a prison sentence of 4 years and 10 months on defendant Dicky Yuana Rady,” prosecutors stated when filing charges at the Corruption Court in Central Jakarta on Thursday, 12 March 2026.
Prosecutors additionally sought a fine of Rp 200 million in lieu of 90 days imprisonment. Rady was also ordered to pay restitution of SGD 10,000, with alternative imprisonment of one year should payment not be made.
Prosecutors cited aggravating factors, arguing that Rady’s conduct undermined the government’s corruption eradication programme. Mitigating circumstances included his admission of guilt, which facilitated court proceedings, and his family responsibilities as a father and husband.
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) charged Rady with receiving bribes from two businessmen totalling SGD 199,000. The charges were presented at the Corruption Court in Central Jakarta on Monday, 22 December 2025. The two businessmen involved were Djunaidi Nur, Director of PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng (PML), and Aditya Simaputra, personal assistant and staff member responsible for permits at PT Sungai Budi Grup (SBG).
According to the indictment, “The defendant received SGD 10,000 from Djunaidi Nur as Director of PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng (PT PML) and received SGD 189,000 from Djunaidi Nur together with Aditya Simaputra as staff responsible for permits at PT PML.”
“These gifts and promises were given to induce the defendant to take or refrain from taking official action, namely to arrange conditions enabling PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng (PML) to continue its business cooperation with PT Inhutani V in utilising forest areas in registers 42, 44 and 46 in Lampung Province,” prosecutors continued.
Djunaidi provided Rady with SGD 10,000 on 21 August 2024. Subsequently, on 1 August 2025, Djunaidi and Aditya transferred a further SGD 189,000 to Rady. The bribes were delivered at Inhutani V’s offices and at a location in Kembangan, West Jakarta.
