Former Director of Forestry Industry V, or Inhutani V, Dicky Yuana Rady, has been sentenced to four years in prison. The judge stated that Dicky was proven to have received bribes related to his position for the benefit of the bribery company, PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng (PML). “Declaring the Defendant Dicky Yuana Rady has been legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing the criminal act of continuous bribery corruption as in the first alternative indictment,” said the chief judge of the panel, Teddy Windiartono, while reading the verdict at the Central Jakarta Corruption Court on Thursday (9/4/2026). “Therefore, imposing a prison sentence on the Defendant Dicky Yuana Rady of four years,” added the judge. The judge sentenced Dicky to pay a fine of Rp 200 million, subsidiary to imprisonment for 90 days. The judge also sentenced Dicky to pay restitution of SGD 10,000, subsidiary to imprisonment for one year. The judge stated that the total bribe money received by Dicky amounted to SGD 199,000 or equivalent to Rp 2,519,340,000 (Rp 2.5 billion). The judge said the money was handed over in two instalments, which Dicky used to purchase golf equipment and pay off a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon vehicle. The bribe money was given by Djunaidi Nur, Director of PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng (PML), and through his personal assistant, Aditya Simaputra. In the examination of this case, Dicky did not present any mitigating witnesses. The judge stated that Dicky Yuana was guilty of violating Article 12 letter a in conjunction with Article 18 of the Corruption Eradication Law in conjunction with Article 127 paragraph 1 of the National Criminal Code. Previously, Dicky Yuana Rady was demanded a sentence of four years and ten months in prison. The prosecutors were convinced that Dicky received bribes amounting to SGD 199,000 or Rp 2.5 billion to arrange and condition so that the bribery company could continue to cooperate with PT Inhutani V. “Imposing a prison sentence on the defendant Dicky Yuana Rady of four years and ten months,” said the prosecutor while reading the indictment letter at the Central Jakarta Corruption Court on Thursday (12/3). The prosecutors also demanded that Dicky pay a fine of Rp 200 million, subsidiary to imprisonment for 90 days. In addition, Dicky was also demanded to pay restitution of SGD 10,000, subsidiary to one year imprisonment.
