Former Inhutani V CEO Dicky Yuana Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison, Proven to Have Received Bribes and a Rubicon
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Former CEO of PT Inhutani V, Dicky Yuana Rady, has been sentenced to four years in prison for accepting bribes from Djunaidi Nur, Director of PT Paramitra Mulia Langgeng (PT PML), to smooth the process of a forest management partnership.
“The Court rules to impose a prison sentence of four years on the defendant, along with a fine of Rp 200 million, subsidiary 90 days,” stated the Chief Judge, Teddy Windiartono, while reading the verdict at the Jakarta Corruption Court on Thursday (9/4/2026).
Meanwhile, the Rubicon vehicle purchased with money from Djunaidi has been seized by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), and the panel of judges ordered the vehicle to be confiscated to restore state losses.
In this case, Dicky is believed to have received bribes amounting to SGD 199,000, equivalent to Rp 2.55 billion, from Djunaidi Nur.
Djunaidi is a defendant in a separate case file.
This partnership was deemed problematic because PT PML had previously failed to maximise the utilisation of the forest area supervised by PT Inhutani V.
PT PML and Inhutani V had previously collaborated from 2009 to 2019. However, after evaluation, this partnership did not benefit PT Inhutani V.
This partnership was once challenged up to the Supreme Court (MA).
The Supreme Court’s ruling prevented PT PML from managing the land whose permits were held by PT Inhutani V.
To re-establish the partnership with PT Inhutani V, Djunaidi made several approaches to various parties, including Dicky.
In the process, Dicky demanded certain rewards to facilitate the partnership between PT PML and PT Inhutani V.
“The defendant contacted Djunaidi Nur and requested money for the defendant’s personal interests. Djunaidi Nur agreed to the request in the hope that the partnership with PT Inhutani V would continue as per Djunaidi Nur’s wishes,” the judge stated while reading the legal considerations.
