Former Director of Pertamina Shipping Sentenced to 9 Years in Prison

The presiding judge, Fajar Kusuma Aji, ruled that Yoki Firnandi was found guilty of committing corruption as charged by the public prosecutor in the case of corruption related to the management of crude oil and refinery products at PT Pertamina (Persero), its subsidiaries, and contractors during the period of 2018-2023. “The court sentences the defendant, Yoki, to 9 years in prison,” said Fajar at the Corruption Court of the Central Jakarta District Court, Friday (27/2/2026) in the early hours of the morning.
