Former Bima Kota Police Chief Named Suspect Following Dismissal from National Police
Following his dishonourable discharge from the Indonesian National Police (Polri), former Bima Kota Police Chief Didik Putra Kuncoro has been named a suspect by the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police on suspicion of receiving Rp2.8 billion in gratification from a drug dealer.
He has been charged under Article 114 in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (1), or alternatively Article 137, of Law Number 35 of 2009 on Narcotics, which carries a maximum prison sentence of 20 years and a fine of up to Rp10 billion.
