Forging Collaboration to Strengthen the Creative Ecosystem

Feel Good Network is expanding its independent creative ecosystem by partnering with Lengua, a creative agency focused on social-first strategy. The addition of Lengua is intended to strengthen the network’s capabilities in social media strategy, content production, storytelling tailored to the character of each platform, and creator-based engagement.

The move comes amid an increasingly dynamic social media landscape. Differences in audience characteristics, algorithms, and content consumption patterns mean that a strategy that succeeds on one platform does not necessarily deliver similar results on another.

This situation has led to the view that social media can no longer be treated merely as a distribution channel at the final stage of a campaign. Brands need to incorporate an understanding of audience behaviour, culture, and platform characteristics from the earliest stages of strategy development and the creative process.

Lengua brings this approach to Feel Good Network, focusing on understanding the character of each platform, audience behaviour, and cultural gaps that can be developed into creative opportunities. The approach is also directed at producing content that can attract attention without eroding brand identity.

One of Lengua’s portfolio highlights is its collaboration with Grab Indonesia. Since 2024, Lengua has been involved in more than 40 Grab campaigns covering strategy, key opinion leaders, platform-based storytelling, and content production for the social media ecosystem.

One campaign that was highlighted is #MelajuDenganSyantiek, which packaged Grab’s female driver recruitment programme into a broader conversation on social media. The campaign positioned female drivers as the main characters and used creators to reinforce the message.

According to data provided by the company, the campaign generated 26.6 million views, 8 million reach, and 1.3 million engagements. The campaign is also said to have produced more than 20,000 female driver prospects with an estimated return on investment of 2.82 times.

Lengua’s performance has also been recognised through a number of regional industry awards, including the Hashtag Asia Awards and the Content Marketing Awards Asia-Pacific. Throughout 2026, Lengua won 16 awards from the two events, comprising two Gold, four Silver, and 10 Bronze.

Feel Good Network Co-Founder and CEO Wisnu Satya Putra said the arrival of Lengua is not just about adding services, but about strengthening specialisation within the network.

“The joining of Lengua is not simply about expanding the services we offer. It is about strengthening the ecosystem we have built. When brands face increasingly complex social platforms, they need specialists who understand culture, algorithms, creators, and content—all connected within a single growth strategy,” Wisnu said, as quoted from a press release received on Wednesday (26/8).

Meanwhile, Lengua Co-Founder and Managing Director Darryl Driyarto Han said joining the agency provides room to develop a social-first approach through a broader ecosystem.

“We have never been the loudest agency in the room, and that is a choice we made consciously. Over the years, we have focused on building craft, people, and a culture-based perspective that starts from understanding people before platforms,” Darryl said.

According to Darryl, joining Feel Good Network does not change the character that Lengua has built over the years. On the contrary, the integration is seen as opening space for Lengua’s perspective to be applied on a wider scale.

Within Feel Good Network, Lengua will work alongside a number of specialist units, including Innercircle, 8RICKS, and Tales Asia, as well as teams handling content, creators, media, and data.

The integration is aimed at strengthening the network’s ability to provide specialists according to client needs, ranging from brand platform development and full-funnel creative to social culture, content production, community building, and growth measurement.

The addition of Lengua is part of Feel Good Network’s efforts to build a more connected independent creative ecosystem in Southeast Asia, with an approach that adapts to how brands are discovered, used, shared, and grown amid changing public behaviour.
