The National Police’s Forensic Laboratory (Puslabfor) team collected 30 items during a crime scene investigation at a private school in the Pondok Pinang area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. The items were related to weapons, including airsoft guns, ammunition, and spare parts.

Kanit Krimum of the South Jakarta Police, Ipda Alpino de Tech, stated that the investigation was a form of service to ensure no items remained that could cause concern among teachers, guardians, or parents. The joint team, which included Inafis, Puslabfor, the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI), and the DKI Jakarta Education Office, examined three rooms from 14:30 to 19:00 WIB.

Findings included airsoft guns, ammunition, airsoft gun magazines, and weapon spare parts such as shooting targets and gun grips. The South Jakarta Metro Police had previously confirmed the discovery of 995 weapons, ammunition, weapon accessories, bullet-making tools, pornographic VCDs, and substances suspected to be methamphetamine and marijuana in a room belonging to the former head of the foundation, identified by the initials IWD. Police received a public report regarding the findings on 15 July 2026, and investigators have filed a Model A Police Report as the basis for initial handling.
