Foreign Worker Permit Process Streamlined, Government Targets Five-Day Completion

The government is cutting down the process for foreign worker (TKA) permits through the integration of three different systems. This regulatory simplification aims to accelerate the administrative workflow, with the government targeting a completion period of just five days for the entire permit process.

This new streamlined licensing procedure is expected to take effect starting in late September. The initiative is part of an effort to improve bureaucratic efficiency and ease the administrative burden on both employers and foreign workers operating within the country.
