Foreign Investors Offload 7.58 Million RATU Shares, Local Investors' Share Becomes Increasingly Dominant

PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU) recorded a decline in share ownership by foreign investors throughout April 2026. The number of shares held by foreigners fell by 7.58 million shares compared to the position in March 2026. Based on the disclosure of information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Saturday (9/5/2026), the foreign investor ownership in RATU in April 2026 was recorded at 161,178,163 shares or equivalent to 5.936% of the total issued shares. This amount decreased compared to March 2026, which reached 168,759,663 shares or 6.216%. Thus, there was a transfer of ownership of 7,581,500 shares from foreign investors to domestic investors during April 2026. In the report on share ownership reaching 5% or more of the fully placed and paid-up shares, the controlling shareholder is still held by RATU, where the issuer holds 1,864,621,000 shares or equivalent to 68.677% ownership. Furthermore, management also recorded the number of national investors as RATU shareholders reaching 42,373 as of the end of April 2026. The details are as follows: limited companies totalling 166 investors with ownership reaching 2,204,896,637 shares or 81.210%. Meanwhile, domestic individual investors reached 42,201 investors with ownership of 343,092,600 shares or 12.637%. In addition, pension funds hold 5,153,000 shares or 0.190%, while foundations hold 733,400 shares or 0.027%. The details include individual foreign investors totalling 72 investors with ownership of 2,943,800 shares or 0.108%. Meanwhile, foreign investors in the form of limited companies reached 57 investors with ownership of 158,234,363 shares or 5.828%.
