Foreign Investors Net Sell Rp1.39 Trillion, Exiting 10 Stocks Simultaneously
In the first trading session of June following the long weekend, the Jakarta Composite Index (IHSキ) successfully closed in the green. The index rose by 68.05 points, or 1.11%, to reach the level of 6,195.43 on Tuesday (2/6/2026).
Transaction value exceeded Rp25.47 trillion, involving 31.25 billion shares traded 2.57 million times. During the session, 281 stocks increased, 389 declined, and 147 remained unchanged.
However, throughout yesterday’s trading, foreign investors recorded a jumbo net sell of Rp1.39 trillion across the entire market. Specifically, net selling amounted to Rp1.37 trillion in the regular market and Rp20.41 billion in the negotiated and cash markets.
