Foreign Investors Exit VICI with Rp1.25 Trillion Share Sale, Who is the Buyer?
A jumbo transaction of PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk (VICI) shares worth approximately Rp1.25 trillion during trading on Thursday (10/09/2026) has been revealed to be a transfer of ownership between two of the company’s shareholders.
According to information disclosure submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Beauty Brands International Pte Ltd has divested its entire holding in VICI, amounting to 1.677 billion shares or 25% of the company’s shares. The shares were sold at a price of Rp747 per share on 10 September 2026, bringing the transaction value to around Rp1.25 trillion. In its ownership report, Beauty Brands International stated the purpose of the transaction was a share sale.
On the same day, Sukses Sejati Sejahtera reported the purchase of VICI shares in the same quantity and at the same price, namely 1.677 billion shares at Rp747 per share. The purpose of the transaction was stated as an investment.
Following this transaction, Sukses Sejati Sejahtera’s ownership in VICI increased from its previous 4.021 billion shares (59.95%) to 5.698 billion shares (84.95%). Sukses Sejati Sejahtera is also recorded as a member of the VICI Board of Directors in the ownership report.
Meanwhile, Beauty Brands International’s ownership dropped from 1.677 billion shares (25%) to zero. Consequently, the Singapore-based company is no longer recorded as a shareholder of VICI following the transaction.
After the transaction, Sukses Sejati Sejahtera declared its status as the controlling shareholder of VICI and stated that it would maintain control over the company.
This transaction explains the appearance of the jumbo VICI transaction in market trading data. Based on market transaction data, 16.77 million lots of VICI shares changed hands at an average price of Rp747, with a value of approximately Rp1.25 trillion.
This caused the foreign net sell in today’s trading to soar to Rp1.95 trillion. Therefore, excluding the VICI transaction, the foreign net sell for today was approximately around Rp700 billion.
