Foreign Investors Caught Buying These Stocks as IHSG Faces MSCI Pressure
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Foreign investors recorded a net buy of Rp269.5 billion in the morning trading session on Tuesday (21/4/2026). Overall, foreign transaction activity consisted of total foreign buys of Rp2.7 trillion and foreign sells of Rp2.4 trillion.
Foreign investors were observed shifting towards the energy and conglomerate sectors, while some big-cap banking stocks faced selling pressure.
On the buying side, the stocks most accumulated by foreigners were BRPT at Rp69.7 billion, followed by BULL at Rp68.2 billion, and EMAS at Rp66.0 billion. Additionally, buying was seen in technology stock GOTO as well as energy stocks such as PTRO and INDY.
Meanwhile, the largest foreign selling pressure occurred on banking stock BBRI at Rp66.6 billion, followed by TLKM at Rp52.6 billion, and BBCA at Rp52.5 billion.
