Foreign Affairs Ministry unhappy with headlines

While fully mindful of the need for attention-grabbing headlines, the one which appeared in The Jakarta Post on Jan. 14 under the title Indonesia condemns Australia's missile plan, warns of arms race hardly reflects the content of the statement made by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

As the actual report itself reflects, at no time was the term "condemn" used.
