Ford Officially Introduces Platinum Variant for Everest and Ranger in Indonesia

Ford RMA Indonesia, the brand holder agent for Ford in Indonesia, has officially introduced two new vehicles: the Ford Everest Platinum 3.0L and the Ford Ranger Platinum 3.0L. The Ford Everest Platinum is powered by a 3.0-litre V6 Turbo Diesel engine producing 250 PS and 600 Nm of torque. For comfort, the Everest Platinum features a premium cabin with electrically adjustable leather seats with ventilation, a panoramic sunroof, a Bang & Olufsen audio system, and a SYNC 4A infotainment system via a 12-inch touchscreen. To support safety, this SUV is equipped with various Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features, such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Information System, Lane Centering, and Matrix LED Headlamps. Ford has also included a Rear Electronic Locking Differential to improve traction when traversing muddy, rocky, or steep terrain. For practicality, Ford engineers have added a Pro Power Onboard 400W Inverter feature, allowing the vehicle to serve as a portable power source for charging laptops, cameras, drones, and other electronic devices. Meanwhile, the Ford Ranger Platinum, a reliable pickup for various terrains, comes with a 3.0-litre V6 Turbo Diesel engine with a Full-Time 4WD system. This model is also equipped with a Terrain Management System, enabling the driver to adjust the vehicle’s characteristics according to road surface conditions. Inside the cabin, the Ranger Platinum offers front seats with heating and ventilation, 10-way power-adjustable seats with a memory function, a 12-inch touchscreen running SYNC 4A, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. In addition to these two flagship models, Ford also introduced the Ranger Wildtrak 3.0L, which carries a V6 Turbo Diesel engine, Full-Time 4WD system, Terrain Management System, and an ADAS package that includes Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Blind Spot Information System, Lane Keeping System, a 360-degree camera, and Pre-Collision Assist. The Ranger Sport 2.0L is positioned as a versatile pickup for both work and family needs. This model relies on a 2.0-litre Turbo Diesel engine paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and six selectable drive modes. In terms of technology, the Ranger Sport also features a 12-inch touchscreen, SYNC 4A, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, offering a modern driving experience in its class.
