Ford launches first superstore in RI

JAKARTA: PT Ford Motor Indonesia said in a statement on Friday that it had launched the first Ford Superstore in Indonesia to provide customers with a modern automotive showroom and service center.

"Ford's retail strategy for Indonesia is to have fewer, larger, well-established dealerships that have industry-leading facilities and provide industry-leading customer satisfaction," the company's president director Will Angove said.

He said that Ford has undertaken extensive research and were confident that its brand would be accepted in Indonesia and would play a significant role in the future growth of the automotive industry.

The company said that it would open two other superstores in Jakarta in May. -- JP
