Ford Indonesia inaugurates Ford Experience Center in North Jakarta

Jakarta – Ford RMA Indonesia has officially unveiled a facility that can serve as a product-education venue, a hub for community interaction, and a space for vehicle personalisation in a single integrated location through the Ford Experience Center (FEC) in Sunter, North Jakarta.

Regional Director Roelof Lamberts of RMA Indonesia said the facility embodies the ‘The Next Heat’ vision to build a more inclusive automotive landscape centred on customer needs.

‘This place is designed as a space where high-performance technology meets a premium lifestyle. Through the FEC, we aim to create an inclusive space for the community to collaborate, explore, and directly experience Ford’s commitment to innovation and customer comfort,’ Lamberts said in a press release on Friday.

This facility also forms the foundation for strengthening aftersales infrastructure and market reach. The presence of the experience centre supports the existing network, which consists of 33 official workshops and 19 authorised dealers across Indonesia.

FEC itself stands on three pillars: a product and innovation hub, a showroom and bespoke (Hamer area), and a cafe and lounge. All facilities are accessible to visitors.

“Ford Experience Center is the first step in our series of initiatives for 2026 to deliver automotive solutions that are increasingly oriented toward the needs of Indonesian customers,” Lamberts added.
