Ford Experience Centre in Sunter Offers Personalisation Services
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.COM – Ford RMA Indonesia has officially launched the Ford Experience Centre (FEC) in Sunter, North Jakarta.
The facility is designed as an integrated space that combines product education, community interaction, and vehicle personalisation. Occupying 1,014 square metres, the Ford Experience Centre forms part of Ford RMA Indonesia’s strategic move to strengthen relations with customers and automotive enthusiasts in Indonesia.
Through the multi-functional hub concept, the facility is expected to offer a more personal and interactive experience.
“This space is designed as a hub where high-performance technology meets premium lifestyle. Through the FEC, we want to create an inclusive space for the community to collaborate, explore, and experience Ford’s dedication to innovation and customer comfort firsthand,” said Roelof at the launch in Jakarta on Thursday (5/3/2026).
The Ford Experience Centre features three main zones designed to meet a range of visitor needs. This area is also prepared as a collaboration space with various technology partners to deliver experiences relevant to developments in the automotive industry.
The next zone is Showroom & Bespoke (Hamer Area).
In this area, customers can personalise their vehicles according to their individual preferences.
Ford provides a range of colours and original accessories that can be installed professionally on-site.
Meanwhile, the Cafe & Lounge zone is designed as a relaxation space for customers and their families.
This area also serves as a casual discussion spot with Ford consultants, including after-sales services.
The presence of the Ford Experience Centre is part of Ford RMA Indonesia’s 2026 strategy to strengthen the service network and extend market reach.
Currently, Ford RMA Indonesia is supported by 33 authorised service centres and 19 authorised dealers across Indonesia.
With sales growth of 15 per cent in 2025, the company also plans to continue expanding this year. The move includes opening new dealers in Jakarta and adding service points in several regions, such as Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua.
“We believe that sustainable growth is rooted in customer trust. The Ford Experience Centre is the first step in our series of initiatives in 2026 to deliver automotive solutions that are increasingly customer-oriented in Indonesia,” said Roelof.
