Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Indonesian nationality, female, and unmarried

  • Age 17-24 (D3/D4), maximum 27 years (professional)

  • Active female student at Ministry of Health polytechnics:

    • Semester 1 (D3/D4)

    • Semester 3 (advanced D4)

    • Semester 1 (professional)

  • Active in social organisations or activities

  • Not receiving another scholarship with similar components

  • Willing to become a Khouw Kalbe Foundation Ambassador

Academic requirements:

  • Minimum average score of 80 (D3 initial semester)

  • Minimum GPA of 3.30 (D4 semester 3)

  • Minimum GPA of 3.75 (professional)

Applicants must also submit a handwritten personal reflection essay of 250-450 words. For professional programmes, candidates must upload a 60-second social media video on their motivation to serve in DTPK areas.
