The World Cup, held from June 17 to July 17, 1994, presented
quality matches to TV viewers. Soccer players from 24 countries
displayed sportsmanship and high disciplines, as well as good
techniques and strategies on the soccer fields. Our TV
commentators did their job smartly and enthusiastically.

But what about the All Indonesia Football Association (PSSI)?
Will they be able to take part in the 1998 World Cup to be held
in France? Out of all the millions of people in Indonesia can't
PSSI find enough players to make a top soccer team?

After sending the Primavera team to Italy, I would like to
suggest that PSSI send similar teams to Brazil, Germany and
Holland for training. Then PSSI will have four capable teams,
possessing different styles of techniques and strategies.

I keep my fingers crossed.
