I would like to suggest that PSSI (All-Indonesian Football Association) train the junior football players in a more serious manner. For this purpose a qualified team must be formed with the task of picking talented players from all provinces. The selected players must show genuine interest in football, and not just opt to become amateur players who shun training center's programs.

They should also be tested concerning their IQ and mental attitude. Netting talented players is not difficult as football has been a popular game, even among children.
