CIREBON — As the fasting month begins, prices of a number of food commodities at traditional markets have yet to show any decline. The situation is not only weighing on consumers but is also reducing turnover for itinerant vegetable vendors.
An egg trader noted that prices remain elevated, with eggs and chilli among the items still experiencing increases at the start of Ramadan.
