A vehicle belonging to the Nutritional Fulfillment Unit (SPPG) in Sidoluhur Village, Kayen District, Pati Regency, crashed into a resident’s house on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. The accident occurred at approximately 12:30 PM. The Daihatsu Granmax vehicle entered the resident’s house after breaking through a wall and a door.

The vehicle was driven by IT, a 31-year-old resident of Galuk Village, Kedungtuban District, Blora Regency. “The driver intended to park the vehicle, but his sandal got caught on the accelerator pedal. As a result, the vehicle continued to accelerate and crashed into the front of the resident’s house,” said the Head of the Kayen Police Sector, Adjunct Commissioner Parsa.

The SPPG vehicle, belonging to the Harapan Bangsa Nutrition Foundation, then crashed into the house owned by Kasmini, 60 years old. At the time of the incident, a relative of the homeowner, Saliman, was present at the location.

In addition to demolishing the door and part of the wall, furniture inside the house was also damaged by the vehicle. The losses caused by the incident are estimated at 10 million Rupiah.

“This issue has been discussed by both parties. The homeowner and the SPPG agreed to resolve the incident amicably, including regarding compensation for the damage caused,” said Parsa.
