The Food & Hospitality Indonesia (FHI) 2026 exhibition for the food, beverage and hospitality industries will return to JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, on 21–24 July 2026. This year’s edition involves more than 500 companies from 32 countries showcasing a wide range of products, equipment and technology for the food service and hospitality sectors.

Meysia Stephanie, Portfolio Director of Food & Hospitality Indonesia 2026, said rising public purchasing power, investment and industry growth were factors driving optimism about this year’s exhibition.

“With growing public purchasing power, increasing investment and continually strengthening industry prospects, we are optimistic that FHI 2026 will not only be a meeting place for sellers and buyers, but also a catalyst for the birth of innovation, investment and strategic partnerships that will determine the direction of this industry’s growth going forward,” she said in a written statement quoted on Wednesday (22 July 2026).

Over the four days of the event, FHI is targeting more than 2,000 business meetings through a business matching programme connecting exhibitors with prospective buyers from both within Indonesia and abroad.

Beyond serving as a product promotion platform, the organisers have also introduced a number of sustainability initiatives. These include waste and food waste management, drinking water refill stations, the collection of used cooking oil to be processed into sustainable aviation fuel, and electric vehicle charging facilities. FHI is also presenting the Beyond Coffee programme involving baristas with Down syndrome.

Exhibitors come from various countries, including Australia, the United States, Brazil, Canada, Finland, Italy, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. Among the participating companies are Greenfields Professional, JAPFA Food, Robot Coupe, Unox, Nayati, Sango Hospitality, Indo Porcelain, Gea Getra and Chair Culture.
