Following Meeting with Dasco and Bahlil, Danantara COO Reveals Export Plan via DSI
The Investment Management Agency Daya Anagata Nusantara (BPI Danantara) held a meeting with the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Bahlil Lahadalia, the State Secretary, Prasetyo Hadi, and several other parties at the DPR RI Building. The meeting, which lasted approximately 1.5 hours, focused on discussing the implementation of a single-door natural resource (SDA) export policy through PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI) as a specialised State-Owned Enterprise for exports.
BPI Danantara COO Dony Oskaria stated that the discussions focused on the implementation of Government Regulations governing Indonesia’s natural resource exports. According to him, in accordance with the mandate of these regulations, DSI will operate as the sole intermediary for natural resource exports from June until 31 December 2026.
“Our task is to ensure that there are no practices of under-invoicing and transfer pricing within our natural resource exports,” said Dony during a press conference at the DPR Building on Monday (8/6/2026).
Dony emphasised that the entire process will be conducted transparently and accountably to allow for public oversight. Furthermore, he ensured that the implementation of this policy would not disrupt existing export contracts held by various companies. All ongoing contracts will continue to be respected and executed as intended, provided that no practices of under-invoicing or transfer pricing are discovered.
“We are developing a digitalisation system to ensure that all our natural resource transactions are conducted fairly and transparently. Therefore, there is no need for concern as contracts will proceed normally; we are simply ensuring a better pattern is established by 31 December 2026,” he added.
