Following Inauguration, Pratikno Asserts Presidential Advisory Council is Ready to Provide Best Advice and Considerations to President

Jakarta, VIVA – Prabowo Subianto inaugurated Pratikno as the Chairman of the Presidential Advisory Council (Wantimpres) at the State Palace, Jakarta, on Friday, 2 October 202<0xA0>6.

Following his appointment to the position, Pratikno expressed his appreciation to President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka for the trust placed in him and the members of the Council.

Pratikno noted that the inaugurated members of the Council are national figures from diverse religious and professional backgrounds. According to him, the members possess extensive experience in their service to the nation.

Pratikno: Council Members are National Figures

Pratikno believes that the diversity of backgrounds and experiences among the members serves as a vital asset in performing the Council’s duties. He extended his gratitude to the President and Vice President for entrusting the Council with the mandate to provide considerations to the President.

“We are grateful to the President and Vice President,” said Pratikno.

According to Pratikno, the members of the Council are national figures representing various religions and professions. They also possess expertise in various fields and have long dedicated themselves to Indonesia.

“The members of this Council are national figures from various religions and professions who are experienced in serving our beloved country,” he stated.

This diversity is expected to become a strength in providing input to the President. The experience and knowledge held by each member will be utilised to carry out their duties in accordance with the given mandate.

Ready to Provide Advice and Considerations to the President

Pratikno emphasised that the Presidential Advisory Council has the specific duty to provide advice, input, and considerations to the President. He noted that the long-standing experience of the members can be utilised to assist in performing this function.

“The wealth of knowledge we possess allows us to provide advice, input, and considerations as mandated by law,” said Pratikno.

He added that the primary task to be undertaken alongside the Council members is to provide input to the President.

“I have the specific duty to provide input to the President,” Pratikno said.
